Crown Point Springs, much like many of todays communities, has an annual membership fee, as well as a transaction fee associated with each home sale. These fees are necessary to maintain daily operations within the community, in an effort to maximize the property value of the community.
Annual membership dues for 2012 are $200.00 to be collected in two installments of $100.00. The first installment is due no later than December 31 to avoid late charges. The second installment is due no later than May 31 to avoid late charges.
A $100.00 transaction fee will be collected by Crown Point Springs HOA each time a unit is sold within the community.
