Crown Point Springs is a quiet neighborhood community consisting of 269 single-family homes located North East of downtown Winter Garden. The neighborhood is nested within the city limits and through the community’s direct access to the West Orange Trail, just a short bike ride away from parks, playgrounds and the downtown area shops and restaurants.
Winter Garden’s downtown area has brick lined streets and newly renovated shopping areas and restaurants, all within walking distance of its charming historical downtown district. A stroll down the city streets gives you a hometown feel, where old-fashioned hospitality mixes with modern shops and restaurants. For recreational opportunities in the city, the West Orange Bike trail was converted from an old railroad track bed and has miles of trails for hiking and biking. Winter Garden also has two large parks, a public boat ramp on Lake Apopka, public playgrounds and picnic areas and three recreational complexes for children. Other attractions in town include the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation Museum on North Main Street and the Central Florida Railroad Museum. The nearby Ocala National Forest and Lake Helen have boating and fishing opportunities, swimming, hiking, biking, horseback riding, picnicking and camping.
While Crown Point Springs is isolated from the noise and congestion of high traffic throughways, it still offers easy access to Highway 50, the East West Expressway and the Florida Turnpike, making it very convenient for visiting all of Central Florida.
